Dizzy dave and the team come in to set up a day or two before the event. We do some prep in our home, and off site at our commissary Waterhouse Restaurant in Lake Luzerne new York, BUT all the cooking is done on site so that your meal is freshly cooked and served straight off from our two grills. We have a large Gas Rotissary Roaster that we cook the main course you have in, and we have a smaller grill that we run chafing dishes of whatever sides, and extras you have on your menu for the day.

We have beautiful pole and frame tents to seat and cover up to 250 people for your event. We have 2 20x30 and 2 20x20 pole tents equipt with guttering and catherdral or economic siding to shield you and your company from rain, and wind. We also have frame tents and a food tent to ensure your DJ,food, and extras are under cover too!
